Monster from the blue lagoon

Maybe you have heard of the monster from the blue lagoon. Well here we have pictorial evidence that he does in fact exist. Like they say. He is covered with weeds and stinks with a very pungent odor. I know that you would not believe me if I did not have this undoctored photograph.

Where are YOUR kids?

  1. If Eric hasn't bathed, my kids will be staying far away from him!

  2. I suppose that the odor has worn off since then. You do know that organic remedies may be OK.

  3. This was at a camp we went to at the Nava residence. They had a stock tank that was full of weeds and they wanted them removed. All the scouts and I were in the pond extracting the weeds and throwing them on the bank. The goats like to eat them.

  4. Eric, You should have run the weeds through the blender and dried them. You could have marketed them as some miraculous, natural, foul smelling, nasty tasting naturally occuring nutritional supplement. You could have made a mint!!

  6. We cooked some cake in a dutch oven near the edge of the pond. I lifted up the lid onto the top of a retaining wall by the pond and took the lid off the dutch oven. The cockroaches started pouring out of the wall and swarmed the cake. I hurriedly lifted the dutch oven and brushed off the cockroaches as they died from the heat. It was gross. Not all of the boys would eat the cake. Go figure!

  7. Cockroaches are so disgusting!!

I remember that once in Mexico, my companion and I bought a box of corn flakes. When we got home and opened the box, there was no cereal. Apparently the roaches had entered from a small hole in the corner of the box and ate until they couldn't get back out. They died there and we had bought a box of roach remains.

  8. I saw a spot on TV last night of some guy eating roasted cockroaches. Jeanette cringed and squealed.
