We knew the other certificate was the wrong one, but we were just excited to get it out there. Here is a shot of the medallion too.

ReplyDeleteBrandy used to wear her medalion while we were dating and for a time after we were married. One Sunday while we were at BYU a member of the quorum of the twelve came to our ward's sacrament meeting. After the meeting he shook hands with many of the students and when he shook our hands he commented specifically about Brandy's necklace.
I was really proud that day but it wasn't until years later that I realized the dedication and work it took to earn it.

Debra, I am proud of your accomplishments in earning your award. I love you and I am glad that you are able to go to school. It was good to see you at Craig's.

ReplyDeleteIt's not really Woman of Faith. It's actually the Young Womanhood Recognition award. But it's not that big a deal.
Maybe this looks a little better. The medallion and certificate will stay here until Debra comes to get them, or she requests they be sent.
