Lo Hizo Yo!

Last summer when we went to Utah and Idaho to deliver Debra to BYUi and visit family I bought a Bible in Spanish. I finished reading the New Testament last night (in Spanish). I struggled with some of the words. Rather than stop and try to translate them, I just read on. I understood the majority of what the scriptures said, and even had a few epiphanies.

  1. I think it is good to keep up on your Spanish. Good for you. The new testament I a wonderful reminder of the life of Christ.

  2. I still read my scriptures in Spanish. I understand most of it, but struggle when our friends, the Martinez family from Honduras, visit, I have difficulty understanding them when they speak. I often find Orlando correcting me when I respond because he didn't say what I thought I heard.
