Kite from Heaven

When I was studying at the university (BYU), we lived in the ground floor level of a home under the Oliphant family. They had a beautiful back yard.



Here is the view looking up Rock Canyon from the far side of Happy Valley. The house was up on the Orem shelf.

As the children were playing in the back yard with the rabbits there floated down from above a kite that had a long tail and a piece of broken string. Craig came running in with the kite to tell us the news that a kite had come down from Heaven. Not long thereafter there was a group of children that came looking for a lost kite.

I think Craig was little disappointment that he did not get to keep the kite.
