Jeanette and I continued to frequent the chinese buffet on Hewitt Drive on alternate Fridays for lunch. Yet another fortune predicting a major award.


Our company publicizes that recognition is a form of motivation. There is a program to give "On the Spot" awards to people that perform beyond the bounds of their requirements. I was working on a report that had to be delivered according to a time schedule that changed and was contracted considerably. I finished the report on time and was given one of said awards. The prize for the award is a gift card chosen from one of several places for $20. Yay me!
